The Parking Spot Reviews

We fly out of EWR, Newark NJ location.
We have used TPS for a few years for business travel and have been basically pleased with all service. Sometimes the van seats seem a bit worn out, but that's a minor issue. We usually use valet parking (don't have to worry about losing my key on my trip).
The app works well, it notifies them when you are at the pickup area and also shows you where the vans are on a real-time map.
I noticed that other reviewers did not say which airport they used, so there could be wide variations in the customer service.

Do not use if you are flying internationally. They will not pick you up at Terminal E despite what the card they give you says. Zero stars if I could. There is no contact phone number on the app, but it is just as well given how unhelpful the person was at the phone number on the card we got when we parked.

Convenient location. Fast in, fast drop off, fast pick up, water on the way out. Cover for my car from the weather. Good price.

Use it every time I fly. It is easy to book, easy to check in and you can get a free water on way out.
